Shipping policy

All parcels are sent via Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Snapback Streetwear is not responsible for loss or any damage to your package.

Unfortunately delays from the carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, the carrier reserves the right to leave in a safe place if there is a safe place to do so. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point for collection. Snapback Streetwear is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing (this is also not covered under insurance). If you would like someone to sign for the delivery rather than being left in a safe place, please ensure you contact us to request this.

Please note that all orders require 2-4 business working days for processing before they are shipped out.
